GLF-2000The continuous aluminum foil sealing machine has introduced Taiwan's new induction heating control technology and process, using advanced high-power field-effect transistor modules and high-frequency switching power supply technology,PLL technology and digital technology.

Working principle:

Under the action of high-frequency electromagnetic fields, the aluminum foil generates huge eddy currents and rapidly heats up, melting the adhesive film on the lower layer of the aluminum foil and bonding it to the bottle mouth, thus achieving the goal of fast non-contact airtight sealing.
